1. General Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

No Questions Asked:

  • We offer a straightforward return process with no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within the specified period.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return:

  • Email us at info@3eeezusa.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (optional).

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization:

  • Our customer service team will respond to your request with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Step 3: Package Your Return:

  • Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

  • Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the Return:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A small restocking fee of $1.99 will be deducted from your refund for all returns.

  • There is no restocking fee for exchanges due to size or fitting issues.

4. Exchanges

Size and Fitting Issues:

  • If you need a different size, we offer free exchanges. Simply indicate the required size in your return request email.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for size exchanges.

Other Exchanges:

  • For exchanges other than size, follow the same process as a return. Specify the item you wish to exchange for in your return request email.

  • Standard return policies and restocking fees apply.

5. Refunds

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of $1.99 will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@3eeezusa.com with a description and photo of the issue.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all associated shipping costs.

  • You can choose between a full refund or a replacement item.

7. International Returns

  • International customers must follow the same return process outlined above.

  • Return shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency and may take longer due to international processing times.

8. Gift Returns
